Sharing our Thoughts on Favors to Grow Friendships!

Sharing our Thoughts on Favors to Grow Friendships!

This episode was inspired by a Tik Tok that Paris saw, explaining that asking favors of your friends feels like a radical act in our world of efficiency, Uber, and DoorDash. We talk about our general rules of thumb when asking for favors, what feels kind of annoying when asked a favor, and our general feelings of the vulnerability required to deepen any relationship. Getting Out with Little Kids

    Getting Out with Little Kids

It can be tempting to stay inside all day in a “safe space” for your children. But, we are both believers that getting out of the house is important for your mental health and provides valuable learning opportunities for your children. In this episode we talk all about our favorite outings with kids, family centric vs. kid centric outings, and how we like to prepare for said outings. I don’t know why the only examples of adult outings I could come up with were a hair appointment and OBGYN visit but let it serve that I meant [insert adult outing here].

BEST BEST BEST

Despite being a MAJOR podcast listener, I (ashamedly) admit I have never left a review. Kindred Conversations is beyond and I just couldn’t not leave my thoughts! I look forward to a new episode every Friday morning. I’ve listened to every episode while I cleaned, cooked, etc. around the house then came to the realization that that’s not the right move - I’m now re-listening, sitting at my desk with my journal so I can take notes on all the wise words that I don’t want to forget. I love love love Paris and Brittany and ALL THE GUESTS they have had on, want to be Kiley’s friend and strive to balance life like Olivia (I’ve read willivia since 2014 so this episode was so good!). All around my favourite podcast ever!!! ❤️
