COVID-19 created a "new normal" for employees. Over the past 3 months, many have been working from home, connecting virtually via Webex, Zoom, Google Teams, etc. Others may have been furloughed. A huge number had to juggle work obligations with helping their children with schoolwork and keeping pre-school children engaged. In addition, many know of or have been impacted by the loss of a colleague or loved on due to COVID-19. As states begin to lift lockdown measures and businesses reopen, employees will be faced with anxieties over health and safety in the workplace.
