His book The Art of Fermentation is considered by many to be the Bible of DIY fermentation (although if you're just starting out his book Wild Fermentation is a little less overwhelming). His latest book is Fermentation Journeys.

Top podcast
Happy to have come across this podcast. Stories of human experiences expressed and presented in a style I truly adore.
Disjointed
Strange discordant ‘music’ throughout, often partially drowning out the speaker, and which rarely seems to fit the intended mood of the piece. One story will begin, but is then interrupted by a new narrator with a different story. The beginning of an episode may be vague to the point where it takes way too long to guess the premise. I think it’s trying to be arty but it just doesn’t work. I may try another episode to see if it gets better.
Great podcast not enough of it
Hey I just wanted to say I love this podcast but I just feel like there isn’t enough of it.
It’s kinda frustrating to see a message from you guys saying your working on stuff to be released in the fall, It’s spring now!
