He is very passionate about nutrition

If you are a new vegan ( or one that has been a vegan for a long time) and are concerned about nutrition and your health, this is the podcast for you. He is full of knowledge when it comes to nutrition! I have learned much from listening to him. I love his rants!

I like that he is spreading the message about nutrition, but so many better Podcasts out there

One episode he is telling the audience to limit fruit and the next one I listen to he says fruit is great and lists the fruit he ate for breakfast !. I think it is this kind of thing that contributes to people believing veganism is complicated.
Also comments for the guys out there who like to lift heavy weights… her with the times man.
