Captivating, approachable, & informative

I’ve been listening to this podcast for years, they’re not too long, the content is always engaging, & if you’re not in the neuroscience or cognitive science field Dr. Jim Davies & Dr. Kim Hellemens do a good job explaining things so you can understand.

Super enjoyable listen!

Love this podcast!

This is one of my favourite podcasts on the brain (and as a psychotherapist, I listen to way too many)! I have shared it with numerous clients and colleagues and regularly refer to your 30-minute scheduling process, thoughts on multitasking and facts about screen addictions. Keep up the excellent research (and I adore the quirky wit - we all need a little levity when discussing such "heady" topics)!
