Jill founded “Movement with Jill” because she wanted people to have an open, welcoming and non-judgmental space to move. To Jill, movement is something to help us feel better both physically and mentally. Growing up in Marblehead, MA she was extremely shy and self-conscious. Her goal for clients is to help them gain confidence in movement and become their best selves through her Pilates classes.
We sat down in her Boston studio to discuss how she was drawn to pilates, the benefits she saw with it and how she now shares that with her clients in private and on line classes as well as pop ups around Boston.
