Fantastic - A Must Listen!
Marcus dives deep into the world of health and nutrition with this amazing podcast. The best part is that all of his information is simple, easy to understand and makes sense. A lot of people over complicate the subject matter in this industry and Marcus has such a unique way of explaining it so that it all makes sense - so many “oh my gosh” and “of course!” moments while listening. You learn a ton and I have started listening to this podcast on my daily walks and sometimes extend my walk to finish the episode I am on! It’s the best motivation and I highly recommend listening.
