HIPAA Compliance: She shared what to expect during an audit and how to deal with the stress on managerial staff and practice owners. India shares why it motivated her to create a comprehensive onboarding program for new hires. 
The Importance of Compliance: India talks about her transition from dental hygienist to an infection control inspector.
Social Media and Compliance: The potential risks and repercussions of posting on social media platforms, especially concerning HIPAA, OSHA violations, and infection control breaches, are highlighted. Release forms and best practices for using patients' images or likeness on social media - make sure you have them or risk legal action!
