    Silence and Sound

    Silence and Sound

Humans are noisy. The National Park Service estimates that all of our whirring, grinding, and revving machines are doubling or even tripling global noise pollution every 30 years.
A lot of that noise is negatively affecting wildlife and human health.
In this guest episode, the team from Outside/In takes us on an exploration of three sonic landscapes: noise, silence, and something in between.

My escape - And grounding - podcast

I love Out There. Now that I work from home, I get my morning exercise taking my dog for long walks by the river or through trails and streets with mature trees. In the mornings, I take the time to catch up on news, international events and opinions. But I “save” Out there for special times… when I need a mental break, need to relax and to motivate myself. I listen as a special treat when I need to escape the complex world and look for freshness and inspiration in the world and nature. Thank you for this beautiful podcast. It brings me so much joy.

Love the stories not the interruption

I’m not interested in the narration from the host. Just let the subject talk.
Also so much unessacary music. I just want the story. NO MORE NARRATION
