025 | A Concept Called Pivot with Pauline | PIVOT Talks with PC: Pivoting Business and Navigating Change
“Create change, force change, be with change and choose wisely who you are going to be through it all” - PC
PC hits the ground running into pivot as a concept and shares 5 key aspects of what needs to happen in order to live and breathe the ability to pivot through each and every moment. Touching on real-life examples, PC shines a light on what happens when you embrace change and when you are at the fork in the road, what you need to do in order to forge through. It is also never too late to turn around, you just need to have the courage to stop. The concept of pivot is further explored through the tragedy of Nicholas Ramdeyall’s death and what important shifts need to happen to create positive change. Deeper analysis from PC brings forth the fact that change happens whether you like it or not and you don’t have the choice, so it’s in those moments where you need to take a look at who you are going to be through it all because you are not free from the consequences. PC leaves guests with a powerful question in order to provoke critical thought and exploration stemming from the opportunity to embrace change. The time to choose wisely is always.
