Top educational fitness and health podcast

Every time I tune into an episode, I learn something new about the fitness and health industry and it’s modalities. It’s great to hear as fitness has been evolving and I find Chris fudges podcast really emphasizes not only current education but the NEWER trends and evidence backed changes we re seeing in the industry today. Great podcast and love Chris’s personality and humour...fun and educational!
