Road of Trials: Transform Yourself During Hard Times | (republish)
The Road of Trials (Hero’s Journey) is a stage of life where the hero (you) are forced to engage in conflicts to gain power.
In the movies, it’s the training montage between “All is lost” and “Apotheosis” (god mode).
In real life, it signifies how you transform yourself during hard times.
Road of Trials: Transform Yourself During Hard Times speaks about needing hard times in life, what to do when reinventing yourself, suffering in a direction, and why you must engage in conflicts.
This is a republish from 2021.

What does it mean to be the “Rock” in a relationship | 189
What does it mean to “be the rock” in a relationship? Having a man you can depend on is something every woman wants. But what does that actually mean in practice?
It’s a mistake if you think relationships are symmetrical. This episode starts with changing your perspective on relationship, why you shouldn’t depend on your woman, how to stay grounded in a relationship, and what it means to be the rock in a relationship, really.

NPR on NoFap: Society encourages men to stay boys | 187
NPR recently wrote a piece criticizing p*rn abstinence as somehow misogynistic. I break down the positives and negatives of NoFap, and also how this piece of propaganda is a cultural attack on the male agency.

The BEST podcast for men - said by a woman
It’s hard to believe this podcast had only 2 reviews. I see Ruwando’s podcast as a true gem. He presents such profound perspectives in relation to the masculine energy, that quite frankly I’m jealous of - since I have not yet found a similar podcast for women. I have to be honest and admit I listen to his episodes quite often, as I find it very interesting and it helps me understand the masculine energy better and even to help my boyfriend decipher his masculine psyche. Something his work feels too valuable to be real and then I remind myself that the realest things are often low key. I do hope this podcast can reach more poodle/especially men as the masculine need such guidance, especially right now. Thank you Ruwando for enriching humans’ experience with your work! 🥰
