Excellent information and presentation. I wonder why there hasn't been new episodes lately though?

Down to earth advice

Damian covers lots of topics- helping cyclists trying to improve their riding and racing. It’s amazing where he comes up with such a variety of things to cover.
His interviews with other experts are very well done as well
His show has improved over time- he used to do silly “rate me 5 stars and I’ll feel like this...” stuff but we all evolve. I count on his podcast for the most rigorous scientific unbiased and intelligent source of new developments in cycling
