These include pictures of his victims. In this special bonus episode, we showed neonatologist Dr. Robin Pierucci — a doctor who is everything Gosnell wasn’t — photos of the babies who died by Gosnell’s hand. We’ll learn how a real doctor would properly care for them and their families, instead of treating them like trash.

Then a breakthrough - an actual paper trail - that was going to blow the case open.

A must listen experience!

A well done and compelling document on a very relevant issue in our society today. There will always be monsters in our midst. We will always need to deal with them as they surface. The most disturbing fact is the lack of accountability, and the blatant cover up that allowed this monster to flourish for so long. The silence surrounding this case only shows how far the mainstream establishment will go to protect their ideology.
Thank you for your hard work and dedication to shine more light on this crime and what it represents.

Take action to support correct medical procedure.

Gosnell’s horrors in his community had been overlooked for years. Clinics stopped being monitored under the administration of Governor Tom Ridge (R).
Medical procedures performed correctly improve life.

Deceiving propaganda

I was willing to give this a try and I honestly wasn’t sure whether it was a honest to god true crime podcast right from the start. Initially the interviews with police seemed like decent reporting but as soon as they started talking about religious news groups and mentioned the “Federalist Society “ and cherry picking very specific news coverage/interviews and isolating two sentence transcripts from the trial without any context it was pretty clear this was not any normal investigative journalism or unbiased reporting. It was pure alt right and anti abortion propaganda dressed up as a true crime podcast. I would give it zero stars if I could.
