A strange letter appears on a city councillor’s desk in Birmingham, England, laying out an elaborate plot by Islamic extremists to infiltrate the city’s schools. The plot has a code name: Operation Trojan Horse. The story soon explodes in the news and kicks off a national panic. Such a joke to make people subscribe to something so unrelated to content people are looking for. What a turn off. There are so many better podcast you can subscribe to and put your money towards something you want to support. This one is not worth it.

This is a really good podcast. I enjoyed it while it was free. I’m so disappointed it requires a NYT subscription now. There could’ve at least been a free option with commercials.

I’ve been listening to multiple seasons however in random episodes, the audio will cut out for a long period of time and then suddenly comes back on. Ie. season 5, episode 3
