I love Lane's Podcast. He shares such valuable information about Passive Investments that can lead to Positive cash flow. He offers a ton of great tips on real estate investing which as an accountant I know can be a great way to more cash flow and profitable portfolio. I have subscribed and will definitely be tuning to Lane's podcast as I increase my real estate investments.
