Grounded and Genuine
SASM is one of those podcasts that I came to check out with the intention of just staying for a few episodes, but Joel does such a fine job with it that it's now one of the 6 that I listen to like clockwork. I first met Joel on a cool multipotentialite platform and instantly thought to myself "I want to know more about this guy!" Now a few dozen episodes later I can attest that Joel brings a great sense of genuinity, compassion, and good ol fashioned social interest to each episode. He is one of only a few guys I know brave enough to publicly put his own failings and emotions out on stage without defending them or seeking sympathy. If you like podcasters like Jeff Goins and Shane Blackshear, you'll love this huggable guy, Joel!
Ground and Center
I recently went through a huge life shift and discovered Joel's podcast while I was sifting through the ashes. I've since downloaded almost every episode and I can honestly say he has helped me find my direction and enabled me to tap into my inner resources. It's not only the topics and guests - it's his unfailing honesty and optimism. Thanks Joel.

He researches each guest in depth and manages to pull out insightful answers and awesome stories at every turn. This podcast is fast-paced, energy-filled, and a real delight to listen to. Rock on!
