The clues are there. They are indirect. How reliable are the supposed sighting of Gwen on the highway with her baby supposedly refusing the help of “Good Samaritans”? Perhaps the sightings were fabricated by Ted and the two criminals and/or by a couple of buddies. The story given by Ted refers to alcohol and an ice box. He probably had personal supply in his truck and didn’t want police to find it, maybe even evidence was in the back or illegal drugs. “Phillip” focused on wealth in his explanation and this alluded to his realization that Gwen was relying on him financially and he wasn’t a wealthy man with a yacht. With his experience he probably knew how to find a hitman, decided to pay his savings set aside for Florida to the man Spider. The serial killer “Lovey” was involved. They all partied drinking and taking drugs. “Phillip” took Gwen along knowing she was going to be killed, and she was murdered probably after being raped. Ted witnessed, and reported that he saw her body because he either wanted to throw the search off or felt some guilt. He knew what she was wearing because he was there when she was murdered. The icebox near the body was probably accurate— left behind with Gwen’s body at the river. The three men were surely all involved. This would support the journal entry. The body of the baby was taken from the place where Gwen was murdered as described.

Not my favourite audiochuck podcast.

I loved this podcast, but the audio of phone calls were so hard to understand. It was loud, really loud, but not clear. So it was hard to understand everything people were saying.

Very good podcast. The only issue I had with it is that sometimes the recorded statements are not as clear and you miss some of what they say.
