Wisdom Of Our Bodies - A Conversation With Dr. Karen Quinn
I've created a "Wisdom Of" series to introduce you to inspiring women who are shining their light brightly and making a positive impact on the world. I believe we can learn so much from each other and my intention is to share wisdom and love so that together we can make the world a better place.
Today's conversation is with Dr. Karen Quinn, a Family Wellness Chiropractor and holistic lifestyle educator, whose mission is to help people feel empowered in their health choices, inspired to live active, healthy lifestyles and harness the innate wisdom of their body.
When we take the time to slow down, filter out the noise around us, and deeply listen to our body, it's amazing the insight and wisdom we will find. In our conversation, Karen and I chat about:

A bit more about Karen:
Karen has been a Chiropractor for nearly 17 years. She is a daughter, sister, aunt, friend, Chiropractor, health advocate, fitness enthusiast, yogi, music junkie, nature-lover, native Calgarian and lifelong learner. She loves hiking, biking, yoga, strength training and swimming, and anything that gets her moving.
While studying Exercise & Health Physiology in University, she discovered her passion for anatomy, physiology and proactive health. She graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in February 2006 and has a boutique family practice in Calgary, Alberta. Since then she has also completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training which has been a great complement to her practice.
