Decent
Pretty good, always love an interview with Kenji Lopez. I have one petty complaint, all the interviews are broken into two interview and for some reason the host says something along the lines of "Ok, I know you have to go now but could you come back tomorrow to talk about this some more another time?" We all know it was taped in one sitting, in a studio capable of editing out such an interaction if it wasn't already staged. It irks me for some reason. Otherwise, a worthwhile listen.
Fond food
I am a fan of Ed’s experiences and manner with guests. Kenji Lopez-Alt is my guru/ my Julia/Jacques. Stella has saved pastry for me. Much gratitude to this podcast.
Great show
