In 2005, Sam and Dean Winchester set off on a road trip that would save the world and change television. For fifteen seasons and three hundred and twenty-seven episodes, the CW’s Supernatural (created by Eric Kripke) took audiences on a wild ride of family, fate, and faith with a rocking soundtrack and a seriously cool car. But that was then and now … it’s time for another ride.
Join hosts Rob Benedict (Chuck Shurley/God) and Richard Speight Jr (Gabriel and director of many episodes) for Supernatural: Then and Now, a winding road trip through every episode of this iconic series, one by one, every week, with guests each episode from the cast and crew that made the wild ride possible.
Buckle up for guests including Jared Padalecki (Sam), Jensen Ackles (Dean), and Robert Singer (Executive producer), as well as many many more.

Not Really a Rewatch Podcast
I wanted to be excited about this show, and I liked it for the first few seasons. However, it’s easy to see that R&R are engaging less, and are not that interested in the story. They miss obvious character development and chalk it up as "out of character," and Rich in particular seems like he’s more interested in BSing than discussing the episodes. As he is a director, I find that both odd and disappointing.
There have been some really great guests, and live learned some cool behind the scenes stuff, but there is very little discussion of the actual story, or insight and thought from R&R on many of the episodes.
Also R&Ro seem to have a bias on which actors they actually bother to discuss the acting of in detail, and which ones they seem to just want to make jokes at the expense of.
Love Rob & Rich!
Supernatural will always be my favourite for so many reasons. It is great to hear them go through and relive this amazing show. It’s even helping me with a current script we’ve basing on SPN. Ty to all involved with this great show!
