As Canadian companies rush to respond to the COVID-19 outbreak, many are dusting off their crisis communications plans and realizing they hadn’t accounted for a possible pandemic. Given how little time business leaders have had to develop their approach, responses to date have been admirable. But many would welcome some clear information to help guide their communications going forward.

Throughout her 20-year career, Andrea Lekushoff, Canadian PR leader and president of Broad Reach Communications, has guided companies in diverse industries across Canada as they’ve navigated crises large and small, as well as through rebuilding their brands once the crisis was over. Andrea has developed a robust, thoughtful approach to support her clients in leadership communications during the COVID-19 outbreak.
