Let authors read their articles
I love the Sunday Read episodes, and the voices of the actual authors are great to listen to at the beginning when they introduce them. But I absolutely hate the voices of the professional people who have been hired to read them. They sound computer generated and get on my nerves. Just let the authors read the articles in their own voices!
Unsubscribing
I can no longer, in good faith, be a subscriber for this podcast. The lack of coverage, the bias of the genocide against Palestinians by Israel has shown which side of history this ‘news’ organization sits on. What a disappointment, I’ve been a faithful listener for many years, it was one of the first podcasts I’ve ever listened to, but no more. Do yourself a favour and go find news that’s more relevant, contextual and unbiased.
Pro Genocide
So much of their coverage displays a huge bias. The launch of The Interview, along with most of their coverage trying to pump up Biden. Occasionally there is some good individual reporting but on the whole The Daily has gone downhill as it carries water for the Democratic moderates in power
