    Your most valuable resource is your time and attention. 
    Use your time and attention wisely by:

    1) Remind yourself that you’ll make more progress by doing a few things well.
    2) Deciding what you will focus on, and doing that consistently until you are confident you’ve mastered it and made it a habit.
    3) Give yourself permission to choose to “dive into new training” later, after you’ve created the time to give it the time and attention needed to to do it well.
