Market Update April: A Subdued Spring Season
As per the BC Real Estate Association, the real estate market in the province is displaying indications of a rebound, although home sales continue to lag behind the 10-year average. Brendon Ogmundson, Chief Economist at BCREA, elaborated that while activity is increasing, home sales are still below typical levels, and home prices have remained relatively stable since last summer.

Awesome podcast for Realtors and home buyers/sellers alike. I am a Realtor myself and have gained a ton of knowledge from James & Denny. They are clear and concise yet entertaining with their approach and give actionable advice without any fluff. I appreciate their value based approach with the podcast as many Realtors with the same level of experience and knowledge would not be as open and inclined to sharing, especially with the competition. But these guys are committed to giving back and raising the standard of industry as a whole. Definitely recommend this podcast to anyone interested in real estate, especially in the greater Vancouver area.
