Couros’ story reminds us that bringing in others who have an area of expertise and actively applying their ideas can be incredibly empowering. When people see themselves as part of something bigger, they have ownership. Dr. Steven Weber, currently the vice president in Arkansas, has some amazing ideas about collective commitments. The two also talk about Dr. Weber’s hopes from Couros’ keynote coming up in June of 2024.
