I listened to your pod today - it included review of the SCOTUS decisions. As you often say - you have no domain expertise, so you have to be careful. Please don’t be cavalier in your reviews of the impact of these recent decisions. Your review, in particular of the immunity decision, is without educated analysis. It relies on headline summaries and so is dangerous. Refer people to pods like #strictscrutiny or move on. Your “I’m not worried about it” comments create the permission structure for your listeners to NOT worry, when they should … if they knew all the facts. I’m a Canadian - and I view your comments as, with respect, irresponsible and dangerous. Hope you will take this as constructive feedback.

Although I disagree with Scott G sometimes, Kara Swisher is the bomb and she calls him out. They’re both exceptionally talented and knowledgeable about many fields and topics.

Do you mean martial law, as opposed to marital law?

I find Kara Swisher’s insights into the tech industry great because she knows so many of the big players. I first watched her on CNBC years ago. I know less about Scott, but his insights into entrepreneurship and business are pretty good, too. I personally would prefer no crude jokes or swearing so I could listen to the show when the kids are around. But there are lots of other podcasts to listen to when they come around. Scott maybe do an episode on branding and what you think the jokes do for your brand. Do you get more viewers because of the jokes? Or does it hurt your brand? Do you recommend that other people should say jokes like this in business situations? I would love to hear your analysis on this and Kara’s perspective.
