It's halloween and we have a spooky topic. The mental health situation in Ukraine. The conversation concerning mental health has long been taboo. Ukraine is #8 in the world in terms of suicide. As the war in the Donbas drags on, more and more veterans return in need of support. However, we are seeing a shift. In this episode we have the chance to speak with Paul Niland, the founder of Lifeline Ukraine, the first suicide hotline for veterans and those in a dark place.
