Our mission is to teach women about how their bodies change during the perimenopausal period (and onwards) so they can finally reach their health and fitness goals, live a life full of vitality and feel in CONTROL and at home in their bodies again! There is no excessive restrictions, no taking out your favorite foods, no doing crazy high intensity exercise or cutting out carbs! We cover hormones, exercise, nutrition and answer all of your questions!

What an amazing podcast. Stephanie is genuine and actually cares about this portion of the population. Menapausal women need more support. Thanks you so much! However please let me know how to get more sleep. 7 hours that she mentioned has been nearly impossible for me in the last four years. Weight gain and cellulite are my life and it’s just so frustrating to be told you need more sleep to help fight the weight gain and cellulite. 😢

Not sure how I found this podcast. I think it was from another where Steph was a guest. All I can say is I started from the very first podcast. A lot of great and useful information. There is a fair bit that applies to me and even more that I’m going to try. Also joined her fb group. Looking forward to even more useful information. Thank you a million times over.

This podcast changed my life, literally! I’m from Northern Canada where our healthcare is less than adequate. I was an active, healthy woman and suddenly weight gain etc. I’ve been fighting off the doctors who just want to put me on depression meds. Um, no…. You’ve given me more power to get the right bloodwork and care! I can’t thank you enough.

I started listening to these as soon as they came out and I really wish this information was available 10 years ago. I’ve gone 10 years with not eating enough, calorie cutting, eating paleo, whole30’s and hormone problems, and since I’ve implemented Stephanie’s program, everything is levelling out, I’m eating again, (even those carbs), losing weight and gaining muscle!
