Your stress is lying to you
When stress is triggered in life your hormones are flooded with cortisol sending off an alarm in your nervous system. Immediately the blood in your body starts to flood to your arms and legs so you can literally get up and fight or fly (run).
Without the proper tools to navigate this internal alarm system your health is comprised, relationships are compromised and you're immediately reacting not responding to life.

Attachment styles and relationships
Single or married relationships are a focus of everyone these days. There is so much talk on "if he wanted to he would" which doesn't take into account attachment styles.. how people who don't have tools handle past trauma etc. With that said we're not making excuses for anyone! We're getting really clear on our worth - our standards and our boundaries then moving forward with clarity what we will and won't allow in our energy field.
