We hopped on a voice call with Madison Haw to talk about her startup Xo Bracelets. We discuss the production of the bracelets, how Xo Bracelets started up, and where they see it going. Xo Bracelets are handmade right here in Saskatchewan by a smaller team of students.

Kirk Morrison discusses the interesting yet challenging dynamics of starting a tech startup, namely in the travel planning niche. His app "Krugo" has been downloaded and used by over 10,000 people. We get an insight on everything from how they came about the name "Krugo" to how they operate all across North America, all from good ol' Saskatchewan! As a tech startup, PushStart has much to learn from Krugo's struggles getting big name brands such as FourSquare to acknowledge their project and more. 

Noor and Tinsae are two U of R students that have started a food re-distribution service through Enactus Regina. They call it FeedBank. In this interview, we get to see how they came to that idea, and what steps they had to take in order to put their plans to action. This is an incredible initiative and reminds us about how ambitious Saskatchewan is. 

Levi Perrault and Talha Babar sit down and speak to Joe Taylor from Tisdale, Saskatchewan. Taylor runs a program the provides aboriginal youth with entrepreneurial opportunities to grow their careers and scale their startup ideas. He shares some notable experiences such as getting Brett Wilson from Dragon's Den to speak about financial literacy and also talks about some notable people that have benefitted off of his program.

Artificial Intelligence is a subject that isn't spoken about enough. In this episode, Talha Babar and Levi Perrault discuss what it is, give some examples of how far its come and discuss possible future externalities, moral issues, and the viability of some proposed solutions. 

Regina hosts an annual bootcamp for veterans all across Canada called POE (Prince's Operation Entrepreneur). It is a program to assist veterans start their businesses, take their startups to the next level or improve what they've already got going. Syed Kamal helped manage the POE bootcamp over the summer of 2019. Though it has been running for years, it was executed impeccably. Creating lasting connections, life changing  experiences, and providing important information to people who just want to understand – the POE program is a win-win for everyone. According to Syed, who helped map a schedule and in collaboration with other members, "It was worth every second."
