A passion for periods

Dr Ashley is so knowledgeable and easy to listen to! She breaks down scientific jargon that makes me want to soak in every word she says! I look forward to every single episode because it’s such a great balance of advocating/education about women’s hormones and cycles mixed with real life stories and women’s work/life balance 💛
