Great information

Mellissa is knowledgeable . She is enthusiastic about teaching and coaching people for a better and healthier life. Mellissa adopts a lot from traditional methods and combined these wisdom with the reality of modern world! I enjoyed listening to her and feel more confident to chose simple ingredients for my day to day diet. Thanks Mellissa!
