Intelligent and Comforting!

Thank you so much for taking the time to post your podcasts. Your words are often comforting and I gain confidence in my ability to thrive in sobriety. I quit drinking over a year ago but just added your podcasts with daily meditation and yoga practice in January. Incredible difference in all aspects of my life, especially with calming of the chattering mind. Keep up the inspirational work, I am hoping that one day I will be able to take a class at your studio!
