They discuss the benefits of investing in the US, including lower prices and better cash flow. They also talk about finding properties, financing options, and managing properties from a distance. Dr. Chad introduces Beyond Borders, a platform that provides education and consulting services for Canadians interested in investing in US real estate. In this episode, Chad Carter discusses the importance of financial literacy and provides insights into common financial mistakes. He shares investment strategies and highlights the role of real estate in building wealth. The conversation also covers retirement planning and the impact of education on financial success.
