In her mid-twenties Lisa Daniels embarked on a spiritual path to understand herself, identify barriers to her own success, and pursue fulfillment in life. From an individual contributor to a leader, making mistakes and learning along the way,  Lisa aimed to embody the principles she promotes while aiding executives in leading teams and ensuring they have the right talent to achieve organizational success. Lisa is founder and executive director of Human Edge Management and has been advising executives across industries on their personal leadership issues for several decades, working with leaders at Thomson Reuters, AstraZeneca, Visa, Novartis, Allianz, and many other well known companies. Her new book is The Human Edge Advantage, Mastering the Art of Being All In.
