Engaging, interesting and fun!
So happy I found this podcast! I love the discussion and questions that Jordan and Luci engage in. And it’s so cool to find a podcast that is exploring and going through the bible with a feminist lens. As a Christian and feminist I am really enjoying listening to what they have to say. I don’t necessarily agree with all of their conclusions or thoughts but I appreciate how they get the listener to think and explore tough questions. It’s so interesting and pretty funny too!
Cutting to the quick and the dead
(2femimists annotate the bible) is an interesting way to wade through the biblical text from genesis to revelations with humour and sincerity from the perspective of two Anglican priestcraft practitioners, bringing scholarship, pop references and justice and right relationship challenges and queries to consider.
If you want to do a chant for this go with Paulette Meyers- OUR LIFE IS LOVE, don’t worry about my name or such, the original words are exciting enough as is.
