Fantastic & Super Relatable

Love this podcast! Short, easily accessible & helpful episodes. Natalie is so real, and fun to listen to. Her anecdotes are relatable and entertaining. I started listening to the show from the beginning, while going on walks, to help me out on my weight loss journey. My mindset has already improved & I feel less panicked when I think about my body image. I feel dedicated to self improvement, and learning more and more about how I want my future self to live & feel, while supporting my current self. Take a listen!
