I use this podcast in my work with narcissism

I don’t know how to contact the producers, but maybe they see reviews sometimes. This podcast was one of many contributors to the method of therapy that I have developed working with narcissism. Part of the healing work for clients suffering narcissistic woundings is nurturing their good wolf to create new neural pathways with support while allowing old pathways to lose power, so that overtime less and less support is needed to support the new behaviors.

They nurture their kinder version of themselves in an authentic relational way with me and find craving authenticity in their other relationships which causes healed relationship patterns to spread into their actual life, relationships, and promotes relational healing in a sustainable way.

They also create a relationship with their emotional pain in a new way so that they are able to nurture their stunted inner raging child to finally grow up and not need constant validation anymore, no longer blaming others for their own emotions. I recommend this podcast to all humans. I’d be happy to talk about this if you’d like to know more. Thanks for reading - this is a great podcast which has helped me and now benefits my clients too. Can’t recommend it enough.

Concerns over advertising choice

Hello, I’d like to start off by saying I believe the
content of this podcast is of great importance. I personally have taken away
many good things from each episode I listen to. However, I feel compelled to write this review due to my concerns over the choice of advertising in recent episodes. I find it very strange that a podcast that promotes the importance of mental health would interrupt the programming with advertisements speaking of massacres, murder mysteries and fear mongering over how to protect your money. The commercials are straight garbage for the psyche.
I personally have survived serious trauma and each time one of these violent commercials comes on I have to turn down the volume until I think it might be over. The content of the commercials seems to be in great contrast with the values the show claims to uphold. As a listener I would like to see this corrected. Please note this is the only reason I have chosen 3 stars instead of 5.
