    Okay, we all have bad days.  Its all part of the human experience.  Sometimes though these days can lead us to start feeling bad about our bodies.

    Today I share with you some ways you can practice becoming more immune to bad body days and start facing challenges with ease without putting the shame on your body!


    Acknowledge that the feeling is only temporary.  Going back to last weeks episode validating yourself through these feelings of discomfort.Get curious about what else might be going on. What is going on in my life to make me feel this way?Find a positive mantra you can turn to when you feel discomfort in your body.Avoid body checking behaviors honor your Anger.Make sure to share with me on social what you are working on this week!

    This week I show you how to practice validating yourself when big emotions come up for you wether they be fear, disappointment, embarrassment, any emotions that make you feel uncomfortable in the body.  You emotions are normal and valid and this practice will help you embody more self compassion for yourself.

    Learn the steps to validate and exercise the validation in your day when you start to feel uncomfortable in the body.  Using these practices help you release uncomfortable emotions so that they aren't suppressed in the body to cause pain or illness.
