Same same

I just listened to episode 3, and it perfectly described my experience with my own Nacisisist ex, sub a few details. Thanks for sharing. I am also learning daily about this disorder, as I try to heal, educate myself, and learn how to best to parallel parent with my daughter’s Narc mom. Best of luck to you and thanks again for sharing your experience!

Well spoken!

This is so well explained and articulated. I can totally relate as I had a narcissistic wife who acted just like this. I attended all the counselling sessions etc like you said and was hoping I could be perfect but it was never enough. Lots of abuse throughout the marriage. So many good points you have in there. Thanks for the good podcast!

Narcissistic Ex

I made it halfway through the episode, and I felt like you were reading a book based on my own life. I’m almost two years separated (trying to get divorced), and it took a restraining order to open my eyes (and the eyes of everyone else in my life). Thank you for telling your story, and mine, and the story of thousands of other women. Be strong. They hate it when you “win”, and the best way to do that is to heal, become whole, and move on. Don’t put yourself in a place where you “need” them, even when it comes to child support. Do it without them. Because women who have lived with a narcissist are tough as nails.
