Steve Yzerman's vision for the future of the Detroit Red Wings took some major steps this week, with the 2023 NHL Trade Deadline culminating in the trade of Tyler Bertuzzi, Jakub Vrana, and Oskar Sundqvist (after already trading Filip Hronek and signing Dylan Larkin & Jake Walman earlier in the week). The only thing that didn't happen was the James Van Riemsdyk trade - JVR, you'll be missed in Motown.
Tune in as we open by discussing the Tyler Bertuzzi trade to the Boston Bruins in exchange for a top-10 protected 2024 1st round pick & a 2025 4th round pick.
