What I like about Mitch is that, really, he’s just a regular guy. So many fitness gurus are out of touch and use unrealistic methods or out of this world ideas that ultimately are impossible to maintain long term. Patience is key, stay with the program and results will come

Turns out the things we have been told - keep moving, eat more protein, drink lots of water , get some sleep and build your strength actually work! Mitch provides great insight into this and more, including how to think about your fitness.
