This episode is geared towards bringing awareness to an area that you may want to explore in order to fully heal your body image!

The method I teach to help people improve their body image is 'Change your thoughts to change your feelings' BUT I do want you to know that it IS important to FEEL your FEELINGS in order to HEAL!

Today I share a personal example for myself and how you may be feeling the 'wrong' feeling or just looking at the surface level feeling.
