The mean things people say to us can stick with us for most of our life BUT there are things we can do in order to not let them affect how we think and feel about our body! 

In today's episode, I walk you through specific questions that will help you paint a clear picture of everything so that you can move forward with neutrality and at the end I share an example that I did with a real life comment I had made about my body. Working through the questions I share with you today actually helped me realize why my brain made such a big deal out of what was said to me! 

Whether it was a loved one, a relative, a friend or a stranger that chose to say something mean about you and or your body, this episode is for YOU!

And just remember that you're not the mean things that people have said to you or called you and you're not the mean things that you have said to yourself!
