You're not alone if you struggle to stop eating when you're full or don't like what you're eating!

Maybe you struggle to stop eating because:

  • It tastes so good and you just can't stop

I can remember thinking all of these things and so today I share with you mindset shifts you can make so that you can be better at listening to your body when you are full and not feeling guilty when you do have to throw out some food!
