    What the Fuck is Cognitive Dissonance and can I avoid it?

    Finally after months and months of Devon wanting to do it the cognitive dissonance episode is here!     How can I stop complaining and be more grateful?

    We are back and today we are talking all about gratitude.  We start with some updates on new vegan products at Trader Joe's and some fun news about starbucks.  She and Danny bond over hatred of baby carrots and Danny talks about a new notebook he bought and is helping with gratitude. We then move onto talking about an emoji we hate, then move into the topic.  We talk about how to try to feel grateful when it is hard, how to deal with/combat people like coworkers in your life who complain all the time and some good places to start with making a gratitude list.
