Prioritize You: Adding Yourself to Your Holiday List

Whelp. The holidays are here. 

And as with all holidays, but especially at Christmas time, there’s the emotions, the feelings and the stress. Holidays have a way of putting a spotlight on those  ‘life’ things; work, finances, family stress, maybe this is the first holiday without a loved one due to their passing, maybe you’re struggling with your own health issue which can create an additional financial burden.

Do you allow yourself time to feel your emotions, all the good, all the bad?  How often do you check in with yourself? 

How do we not lose ourselves while we’re rushing to meet the demands and expectations during the holidays?
