    “I will f**king kill you!”

    Episode 10 is a deep dive into stalking types, characteristics of stalkers, and useful information to help victims of stalking. TRIGGER WARNING After recording this episode a victim of domestic violence sent me a recording of a DV incident. Scott has been stalked for 20 years by a women he has never had a relationship with. It's the most bizarre story..ever.     She ain't no Mary Poppins

Bringing up children is a hard job any day of the week. But throw into the mix two young children with maladaptive behaviour, and a young mother who has just undergone spinal surgery, leaving her in a wheelchair during recuperation. Now, what was needed here was a nanny who could fly in like Mary Poppins and help Shannon with the children and chores. What flew in was a mother's worst nightmare.     Love Bombed

    Have you ever been love bombed? Love bombing happens when someone overwhelms you with loving words, actions, and behaviour as a manipulation technique. It can be very flattering in the beginning but can soon become overwhelming when they pressure you into rushing into things. For example, planning marriage or moving in together when you've only known each other a short while. Rebecca went from being loved bombed to installing security cameras to seeking an AVO from the courts. After calling her Lyndall twice, in error, we laughed about it and she was fine then going by Lyndall. Lyndall was in an abusive relationship for 10 years. She talks us through her journey, including a broken arm by her stalker, avo breaches and eventually having to move from the small town, where everyone knows your name.
