Sports addiction is a very serious issue that can have dramatic consequences. Today we try to explain what exercise or sports addiction is, and how you can identify it. We are by no means doctors, but we try to point out some of the symptoms and try to understand how to differentiate between the regular and healthy practice of sports and the unhealthy side of the addiction.
It's a pretty heavy topic but something we felt we needed to cover. The more awareness there is on this topic the better, as one of the first steps to recognise an addiction is awareness of the addiction, and then it's to open up and reaching help.
